I am an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Palumbo-Donohue School of Business, Duquesne University. My research interests span the domains of business management and entrepreneurship. My research has been published in Group & Organization Management, Journal of Business Venturing Insights, and Computers in Human Behavior. It has been presented at annual meetings of the Academy of Management (AOM), Southern Management Association (SMA), and Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference (BCERC). I am currently serving on two editorial review boards (Academy of Management Perspectives; Group & Organization Management).
